Saturday Ride - the all dayer

We'll be having the "big" ride from last year and the year before and the year before. The staple big ride. It's not too big, not too short. You know, just right. The one that is typically 6-7 hours long, 7k+ feet of climbing and 30+ miles? The one that was just a long ride but not a deathmarch?
